(F2B) is an education and exercise program tailored to your needs and offers information on everything infection prevention to energy conservation, from nutrition to exercise, breathing techniques and adaptive coping strategies. The program can be broken down into 2 parts an introductory 90 minute zoom session which can be continued with the additional 6 one hour sessions. Or the complete 8 session program. The goal of F2B is to provide skills that improve the quality of your life, so you not only survive, but thrive.
Designed to cover all the basic western medicine strategies, FIT2Breathe! also offers an eastern medicine perspective which includes how to relax using qigong, meditation and acupuncture points.
The Introductory package is a 90 minute session for $97.
The eight hour program would run 2 days a week for 4 weeks.
The remaining 6 one hour sessions would be an additional $647.
